This is my favorite time of the year! I love to give. Doing so this time of year can sometimes lift burdens on others. I am giving away 2 Kindle Fire 7s during my annual Facebook party.
I'm extra excited about my party this year, not only because I have 2 great prizes, but it is a CLUE Party! Yes, you read that correctly. My author friend Cissie Patterson and I put our heads together and came up with this great way to have fun and make a game out of giving away the Kindles.
There will be 12 western romance authors and 11 mystery/thriller/suspense authors joining me for my party. Each author will have 30 minutes to visit with those who attend, give away prizes, and give their clue for the game.
This party is starting at 1 pm ET, 12 pm CT, 11 am MT, and 10 am PT and going for twelve hours on December 7th. Each half hour a clue will be given by the guest author. People who attend or come by in the 24 hours after the party and pick up the clues will need to check when the party starts and at my time at the end of the party to find the Google document where they send me the who, what, and where that gets their name in the drawing for one of the Kindle Fire 7s.

This is going to be so much fun! We'd love to have you join us! There will be tons of prizes, lots of great conversations, and did I say fun? https://www.facebook.com/
We have a scenario, Who, What, and Where, and all we need is you to come play the game with us.

Pary, what a creative and fun idea. And being the guest author for 30 minutes is just right. An hour can seem a bit too long and fifteen minutes not enough but 30? And feeling a bit rushed at the end is perfect.
Thank you, Judith! It should be fun other than I'll be hanging at the computer for the full 12 hours to make sure everyone is having a good time.
Paty, this sounds like fun! I plan to be there!
What a fun and creative idea! I bet you and Cissie enjoyed coming up with the clues. Or did the participating authors help with that?
Sounds like great fun! I'll be there.
Diana and Sarah, love to see you at the party!
Luanna, I came up with the clues and the paragraph explaining the victim. Cissie has been doing all the computer related things. It takes me forever to navigate things because of my slow internet and lack of knowledge.
