Yippee! The holidays are here, and with holidays come,
books, lots of them, and some written by our favorite
authors.
You can never go wrong gifting a book, and in this case
re-gifting, is permissible, and even flattering. Not that I recommend doing so
without at least a first read.
Word of mouth is a powerful thing, and like hand-selling a book, it's free marketing for the author. I’ve been introduced to many a new author this way, and they've introduced me to their fans.
