Hello all,My name is Sheila (Kiki) Goodwin and I live in Iowa where the tall corn grows and I'm excited to be apart of this group. I live a quiet conservative life full of love, family, and faith in God. I write Contemporary Inspirational which is another name for Christian Romance.
I once heard The Garden of Eden described as the perfect place where intimacy between two people is pure, romance lives, problems do not exit but happy endings do and we long to return to that Garden.
So, I feel compelled to offer the world another happy ending when I write. We are not promised a perfect life, but sometimes you can read a great book with a happy ending and it will ease life's sting just for today.

I totally agree, Sheila. I only read books with a Happily Ever After. I read to ease the challenges and disappoinments of the day. And that is why I write...to offer the same opportunity to others.

I will have to check out your books. I do read all genres, but there are many authors of Christian Romance that I follow. I enjoy happy endings in everything I read, except of course, of the true life books.
Glad to share this blog with an Iowan. I grew up in Keokuk, Iowa, and Iowa and its friendly folks have a special spot in my heart.
Okay, on the Iowa front. My maternal relatives are from Cedar Rapids, Iowa among other places. I may even have some shirt-tail relatives still living there. My 101 (102 in July) aunt probably knows...I tend to lose track of those things. Still don't remember the difference between second cousins and cousins twice removed.
